The goal of INTRE Next is to bring together PhD students and junior researchers across Ireland who are working in entrepreneurship and related fields. The objective is to foster collaboration, encourage knowledge exchange, and build lasting professional relationships among researchers at an early stage of their academic journey. It is led by PhD scholars Alessandro Zucchinali and Don Kaluarachchi. The group intend to host online seminars, a WhatsApp group, and writers retreats.
INTRE Next held its first online meeting on 11 May 2026 with 9 attendees, all early-career researchers working within the entrepreneurship space across different fields and institutions in Ireland. The session included introductions, getting to know each other’s research and ways in which we can collaborate, and a paper discussion based on: Entrepreneurial Responsibility: A Conceptual Framework to Understand Ethical Dualism Throughout the Entrepreneurial Process https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/10422587241227072
